He is survived by: his wife Sandra Dorsey; his daughters, Nicole Thompson (Mark) and Paige Jameson (Jeff); his stepchildren, Karin Chambers (Eric) and Kevin Burruss (Stephanie); his sister Fran Entrekin (Ray); his grandchildren, Ben, Lexie Thompson, Chloe Jameson, Reece, Rachel and Reagan Chambers; and his sister-in-law Stacey Kemp.
