He was predeceased by: his parent Charlie Loggins; his wife Nancy Smallwood Loggins of Virginia; his daughter Barbara Sue Mulkey; and his siblings, Nellie Mae Smallwood, Palmour Loggins, Frank Loggins, Robert Loggins, Edna Whisnant, Oscar Loggins and Claude Loggins.
He is survived by: his children, JoAnn Wolfe (Jeffrey) of Royston, Gail Parker (Tommy) of Gillsville, Charles Jimmy Loggins of Murrayville, Patti Wells of Dahlonega and Becky Conner (Mike) of Murrayville; his grandchildren, Jason Mulkey, Stephanie Hanley, Jeffery "Chip" Lunsford, Paige Southard, Nathan Parker, Dana Lynn Foy, Jimmy Loggins, Shawn Wells and Kenny Wells; his great grandchildren, Daniel Mulkey, Zack Mulkey, Nick Mulkey, Rhett Loggins, Mason Foy of Tucker Foy, J. D, Southard, Michael Rider, Colton Wells, Dustin Wells, Dalton Wells and Bryce Jackson Hanley; and his great great grandchildren, Wyatt Wells and Walker Wells. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, friends.
