She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Alexander Arrendale and Carrie Arzelia Owensby Arrendale; and her siblings, Phillip Arrendale, Jerry Arrendale, Lucille Franklin and Evelyn Shirley.
She is survived by: her husband Bruce Welch; her children, Mark Jones, Kendra Jones and Michelle Watson (Tim); her sister Susan Earlene Welborn; and her grandchildren, Farress King (James), Hannah Allen (Landon), Riley Jones and Laney Jones.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Sid Weber Memorial Cancer Fund. Donations can be mailed to PO BOX 485, Rabun Gap, Georgia 30568.
