She was predeceased by: her husband Earl Garland; her parents, Dave Wall and Betty Giles Wall; her sons, Woodrow Dee Garland, Ronny Garland and Michael Garland; her grandchildren, Angel Sutton, Timothy Sutton and Byron Taylor; and her siblings, W. D. Wall, Lester Wall, Ellison Wall, Hilton Wall, Jessy Faye Wall Justus and Frazier Wall Allgary.
She is survived by: her children, Robert E. Garland, Jr. (Opal) of Mt City, Barbara Taylor (Doyle) of Dalton, GA., Carolyn Sutton (Tommy) of Mt. City, GA. and Betty Thomas (Don) of Greenville, SC.; and her daughter-in-law Linda Garland Clayton Gerrgia. She is also survived by Fifteen grandchildren thirty three great grandchildren and nine great great grandchildren and several nephews, nieces and cousins.
