She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Edward and Macy Verlyn Lawhorne Hasty; her husband Charles Raymond Summers (C. R.); her siblings, Mary Jo Gibbs, Donnie Edward Hasty, Gerald Luke Hasty, Aubrey Gene Hasty and Maxie Darrell Hasty; her grandchildren, Chad, April Kay Giddens and Tommy Bryan; and her sons-in-law, Danny Alexander and Rex Giddens.
She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Bryan (Marvin) of Pavo, GA, Kathy Alexander of Tifton, Karmen Giddens of Tifton, Kay Bowen (Harry) of Tifton and Karol Pfister (Chip); her grandchildren, Andy Bryan (Amy) of Crawfordville, FL, Krista Dance of Pavo, GA, Zack Alexander (Jennifer), Ryan Giddens, Macy Bowen (Melissa), Allie Johnston (J. P.), Mary Charles Deberry (Justin) of Golden, CO, Will Pfister and MacLean Pfister of Denver, CO.; her sister Barbara Brannen (Joe) of Monticello, AR.; and also, Bobby Joe Summers (Linda) of Sylvester, GA, Stephen Meeks (Joy) of Screven, GA and Timothy Meeks of Alapaha, GA. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
