He is survived by: his wife Debbie Nesmith Powell of Mount Vernon; his children, Stacy Powell (Ashley) of Ailey, Chance Powell (Jessica) of Mount Vernon and Brandi Clark of Uvalda; his sister Susie Carey (Larry) of Mount Vernon; his grandchildren, Chrislyn Kersey, Kendyl Boyer, Sage Powell, Seth Powell, Saylor Powell, Brylan Thomas, Caleigh Powell, Ansleigh Powell, Kohen Foskey, Kaden Foskey and Kyler Foskey; and his great grandchild Ally Rose Bazemore.
