Barbara Katherine Goble Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 29, 2018, at the age of 85, Barbara Katherine Goble (Mount Vernon, Georgia), born in Lenoir, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, W. D. (Will), Lou Goble, Robert Lee and Mary Katherine Benfield; her parents, Vance A. Goble and Johnsie Goble; her siblings, Billie Sue Rufty, Arthur Goble (Bud) and Vance A. Goble Jr.; and her nephews, Frederick Goble and Joseph Gibbons.
She is survived by: her brothers, Douglas C. Goble (Nancy) of Lakeland and William Lee Goble (Dottie) of Lenoir; and her sisters-in-law, Anne Goble of Lakeland and Jane Goble of Winter Garden, Florida. She is also survived by thirteen nieces and nephews, eleven great nieces and nephews; and four great-great nieces.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the First Baptist Church of Mt. Vernon, P.O. Box 482, (120 So. Railroad Avenue) Mt. Vernon, Georgia, 30445.
