He was predeceased by: his brothers, Larry and Terry Shook. He is survived by: his children, Boyd Kinney and Lakeeta Kinney Brunk (Tony); his stepmother Barbara Wheeler Shook; and his siblings, Cathy Miller, Lesae Bergeron (Chris), Michael Shook (Thelma) and Warren Shook (Linda). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
