He was predeceased by: his parents, Harlan Tullis and Fannie Mae Burgess Tullis. He is survived by: his wife Frances Tullis; his son Adam; his daughter-in-law Shelley Tullis of Mt. Airy; his daughter Melissa Tullis of Mt. Airy; and his grandsons, Austin and Zachary Tullis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
