She was predeceased by: her father Edwin Andrews; her former husband Tony Shirley; and her husband Eddie Couch. She is survived by: her mother Pat Andrews of Baldwin; her children, Bridget Shirley of Mt. Airy and Andrew Shirley of Mt. Airy; her granddaughter Brianna Ivester; her brother Jim Andrews (Chrissy) of Mt, Airy; and her caregivers, Marsha Rakes and Stephen Allen.
