He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Dawkins and Adalaide Dawkins. He is survived by: his wife Robin Dawkins of Mt. Airy; his children, Amanda Brown of Cumming, Lindsey Hailey of Mt. Airy and Jacob Eugene Dawkins, Jr. of Cobb County; his sister Susan Slaton (Billy) of Mt. Airy; and his grandchildren, Ashlyn Seabolt, Caleb Brown, Aaron Adams and Zoe Brown.
