He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bernice Sosebee Raper and Ralph Raper; his son Bobby Raper; his siblings, Raymond Raper and Kathy Simmons; his daughter Julie Holcomb; his son-in-law Kevin Holcomb of Cumming; his siblings-in-law, Zita, Royce Ellis of Alto, GA, Christy and Tom Grundy; his grandchildren, Jarrett (Sydney Holcomb), Jayden Holcomb, Jonathan (Sharon Banford) and Dana Banford (Sagia Banford); and his great grandchildren, Lily Grace Banford and Ariana Banford.
