It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charles Hugh Franklin of Mount Airy, Georgia, born in Clarkesville, Georgia, who passed away on November 7, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Bell Franklin and Myrtie Mae Jameson Franklin; and his siblings, Bobby Joe Franklin and Edith Mae Watson. He is survived by: his daughter Penelope "Penny"; his son-in-law Daniel Gorsuch of Bellbrook, OH; and his granddaughters, Brittany Gorsuch, Elizabeth Gorsuch (Philip Uhlig) and Katherine Gorsuch. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, & friends.
