It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Benton Jacob Fry of Mount Airy, Georgia, born in Clarkesville, Georgia, who passed away on June 18, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hendricks Houston "Hink" Fry and Marjorie Lillian "Margie" Burrell Fry; and his brothers, Douglas "Doug" Keith Fry and Roy Hendrix Fry. He is survived by: his brother Jim Fry of Greer; and his sons, Scott Fry (Jennifer) of Oro Valley and Joel Fry (Sherry) of Clarkesville. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, three great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild; several nieces, nephews, other friends and relatives.
