He was predeceased by: his parents, Troy Deal and Vera Bell Deal; and his daughter Jeannie Carter. He is survived by: his children, Cindy Peters (Marvin) of Moultrie, Nancy Hancock of Moultrie, Sandra Hutchins (Ron) of Moultrie, Michael Wayne Deal of Tampa and Kimberly Marie Deal of Tifton; and his sister Linda Tyree of Alabama. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
