He was predeceased by: his parents, William Thomas Olcott, Sr. and Gertrude Beauchaine Olcott. He is survived by: his sisters, Joyce Marie Godwin of Moultrie and Darleen Marie Landi of North Providence; and his nieces and nephews, Melissa Payne Kent (Dean) of Moultrie, Ryan DiCarlo of Rhode Island and Derek DiCarlo of Rhode Island.
