He is survived by: his parent Cynthia Gladys Kennedy McMillan; his children, Lois Elaine McMillan of Bainbridge and Dana Richard McMillan of Moultrie; his grandchildren, Lorraine Cornelius, Brian McMillan Laura Elaine and Julie Marie Allen; his great grandchildren, Kayla Cornelius, Kent Cornelius and Emily Cornelius; his sisters, Ethel Hunter and Helen Jamison; and also Nancy of Moultrie.
