He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter R. Murphy, Jr. and Grace Adkins Murphy. He is survived by: his brothers, Randy Murphy (Sandra) of Gainesville, GA and James Louis Murphy (Dianne) of New Harmony, UT; his nieces, Tina Fuller of Gainesville, GA and Mindy Fuller (Clay) of Marietta; and his nephew Brett Fuller (Lori) of Marietta.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his memory may be made to Meals On Wheels Program C/O Southwest GA Community Council, INC.
