She was predeceased by: her parents, James Thomas Dorminey and Mary Lois Golden Dorminey; her husband George Donald Horne, Sr.; and her siblings, Melba Brown, Linda Hathcock and Jerry Dorminey.
She is survived by: her children, Don Horne (Diane) of Doerun and Carole Horne of Moultrie; her grandchildren, Michael Horne, Kelli Horne Summerlin (Chris), Joshua Lacey (Rachel) and Jena Lacey; her great grandchildren, Kate Summerlin, Carter Summerlin, Lendon Wiggins, Addyson Lacey and Raelin Lacey; her brother-in-law Jimmy Hathcock; and her caregiver Chassity Brown. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other extended family members and friends.
