She was predeceased by: her parents, Jo Summerlin and Kizzie Summerlin. She is survived by: her wife Michele Summerlin of Doerun; her daughters, Amanda Wheeler (Melvin) of Tifton and Claudia Tyson of Doerun; and her granddaughter Miley Wheeler. She is also survived by 3 brothers and 4 sisters; and many extended family members, uncles, nieces and nephews and cousins.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Baker Funeral Home & Crematory (2222 GA-37, Moultrie, GA 31788). A reception was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
