He is survived by: his wife Barbara Faye Tompkins Spradley of Moultrie; his daughter Miranda Gene Spradley (Melissa Ann Spradley); his stepdaughter Ginger Michelle Adderton (Major); and his brother Paul Spradley. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren.
