She was predeceased by: her parents, June Dampier and Essie Mae Hayes Dampier; her husband Leroy Gray; her children, Jacqueline Hines and James Clinton Gray; and her grandson James Clyde Southerland.
She is survived by: her daughter Faye Elizabeth Brown; her grandson Lonnie Carson Gray; her great grandchildren, Coby Gray, Morgan Gray and Jimmie Hines; and her siblings, Carolyn Broome of Lenox, Margaret Bradford of Naylor and Jim Dampier of Villa Rica. She is also survived by half brothers and sisters, and a host of nieces and nephews.
