He is survived by: his children, Terry Kelley, Jr. (Splash) of Moultrie, Miranda Kelley of Moultrie and Kimberly Burton (Cliff) of Moultrie; his grandchildren, Josie Moore, Braidon Kelley, Layla Hewett, Marley Kelley, Elijah Burton, Kylee Burton and Ellie Burton; and his siblings, Clayton Kelly (Jo), Roger Kelly, Ken Kelly (Charlotte) and Margaret Edding (Bill).
