It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sherman Edmonds Jr. (Moultrie, Georgia), born in Colquitt, Georgia, who passed away on June 13, 2018, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his sons, Timmy Edmonds, Isaac Edmonds and Samuel Edmonds; and his siblings, Albert Edmonds, Nathaniel Edmonds, Minnie Ola Edmonds, Eura Lee Edmonds and Mattie Edmonds Myles.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Bonner Edmonds of Moultrie; his children, Joseph Edmonds of Camilla, Rachel Edmonds (Charlie Reese) of Moultrie, Mirian Edmonds of Atlanta and Adrian Edmonds of Tifton; his stepsons, Charles Rhodes of Moultrie, Bobby Lee Rhodes of Atlanta, Tony Rhodes, Michael Rhodes and James Rhodes of Albany; his siblings, Freddie Edmonds of Fitzgerald, Greg Edmonds of Fitzgerald, Mary Edmonds Howard of Jacksonville, Ella Edmonds of Atlanta, Willese Edmonds Demps (Troy) of Orlando and Altanese White (William) of Atlanta; his uncle Charzel Harper (Carrie); his aunt Mozell Harper of Moultrie; and also David Hart. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
