She is survived by: her parent Leila Cates Fletcher; her children, Cecil Horne, Karen of Moultrie, Dennis Horne of Macon and Connie Waits of Moultrie; her grandchildren, John Horne, Jeffry Horne, Kristin Taheri and Adrienne Delaforce; her great grandchildren, Ivy Lathan, Shoaleh Taheri, Jila Rose Taheri, Pineas Horne, Levi Horne and Madison Horne; and her sister Rebecca Murphy of Moultrie.
