She is survived by: her daughter Dyann Carter (Chris) of Moultrie; her stepdaughters, Melissa Carnes (Tony) of Hartsfield and Mary Beth Hutchinson of Moultrie; her grandchildren, Lauren Carter, Levi Rickman of Moultrie, Justin Thaxton of Pennsylvania and Heather Strasser (Daniel) of Hartsfield; and her sister-in-law Lynda Smith Tapp of Tallahassee.
