He is survived by: his parents, Russ Smith and Kimberly Steele Smith of Moultrie; his fiancé Wesley Ann Rice of Moultrie; his children, Paisley Harper Smith of Sylvester and Ozzy Elle Smith of Moultrie; his siblings, Courtney Smith Hargraves (Kohle) of Norman Park, John Smith and Crystal Henry of Moultrie; his nephew Gannon Hargraves; and his niece Cherise Hargraves. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins.
