Ruby Mitchell Bowermeister Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruby Mitchell Bowermeister of Moultrie, Georgia, who passed away on August 17, 2021, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Whipple Mitchell and Lizzie Hobby Mitchell; her husband Robert "Bob" Ira Bowermeister; and her siblings, Vera Lucille, Florene of Jeffie Mae, J. W., Donald, Ray and Roger.
She is survived by: her children, Gloria "Gidge" Taylor (Warren) of Moultrie, GA, Bobby Bowermeister, Jr. (Jeanie) of Loganville, GA and Tommy Bowermeister (Dana) of Tallahassee, FL; her grandchildren, Brannen Taylor (Lara), Jeff Taylor, Marilyn Hale, Becki Van, Walt (Tommy), Kelli Manning (Mike), Meredith Causey (Mike), Anne Nimblett (Dan), James Zelasko (Frances), Jason Bowermeister (Jamie) and Morgan Hilt (Kevin); her sister Frances Dooly; and her sister-in-law Clarice Mitchell. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
