He is survived by: his sons, Jacob Cooper (Kristin) of Moultrie and Daniel Cooper of Moultrie; his grandchildren, Gavin Cooper, Eli Cooper, Katelyn Cooper and Emma Cooper; the mother of his children Kathy Carlton Holton of Moultrie; and his siblings, Judy Bales of Moultrie, Pat Gay (Frankie) of Moultrie, Rusty Cooper of Moultrie and Betty Jo Puckett of Nashville, GA..
