She was predeceased by: her parents, Tony Spurlin and Hazel Roland Spurlin; and her sister Ruby Land. She is survived by: her children, Jerry Folsom (Phyllis) of Florida, Tony Folsom of Wesley Chapel, Michael Griffin (Breanna) of Moultrie, Cody Griffin of Valdosta and Rita Jane Cook (Tyler) of Valdosta; her grandchildren, Casey Folsom, Gage Folsom, Carter Griffin, Presley Lane Cook, Waylon Cook, Braxton Griffin, Brylee Griffin, Brady Griffin and Tyler Folsom; her great grandchild Everly Folsom; her siblings, Leon Spurlin (Paula) of Moultrie, Glenda Kozoroz (Paul) of Cleveland, Georgia, Lois Burger (J. D.) of Woodstock and Lavina Powers (Dennis) of Moultrie; and her aunt Cleo Williams Lane.
