She was predeceased by: her parent Henry Tolbert Segers; her husband Robert Perry Phillips; and her brother Houston Randolph Segers. She is survived by: her parent Mary Magdalene Goff Segers; her children, Becky Moore (Steve) of Moultrie, Keisha King (Bernie) of Hartsfield and Keith Phillips of Moultrie; her sister Geraldeene Neel of Sneads, Fla.; and her grandchildren, Gadston Moore (Pellie), Dusty Moore (Sara), Tabitha McCoy Castleberry (Brad), Tyler Spillers (Ashley), Jackson Spillers (Brooke), Keili Sinclair (Christopher), Brandi Stokes (Caleb), Ashley Longoria (Oscar), Josh King (Brittany) and Robbie Phillips.
