He was predeceased by: his parents, William James Minges and Edith C. Minges; and his wife Cicely Minges. He is survived by: his children, Mark Allen Minges (Marsha) of Springhill, Florida, Sherry Williams (Louis) of Moultrie and Tammy Minton (Steve) of Tampa. He is also survived by grandchildren and other relatives and friends.
