Paxton Zane Jordan Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Paxton Zane Jordan of Moultrie, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 2, 2024 at the age of 14. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandfather Wayne Morris. He is survived by: his parents, J. D. Jordan (Lacy) of Sylvester and Jessica Morris Hilton (Matt) of Moultrie; his siblings, Carson Chaney, Jacob Bodiford, Sawyer Jordan, Rilyn Hilton and Saylor Jordan; his grandparents, Kathy Morris of Palm Bay, FL, Ronnie, Rene Jordan of Moultrie, Lisa Hilton of Moultrie, Sandy and Ed Marsh; his aunts and uncles, Ronald (Casea Jordan), Amber (Carl Ramer), Jeremy Christensen, Colt (Nakeya Chaney) and Kyle Morris; and his cousins, Hudson Jordan, Isaiah Rodriguez, Sophia Rodriguez, Karly Ramer, Tre Ramer and Everleigh Chaney.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Baker Funeral Home & Crematory (2222 GA-37, Moultrie, GA 31788). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at the Emerald Hill Baptist Church (6104 Tallokas Rd, Moultrie, GA 31788).

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the STEM-X program at CA Gray Junior High.
