She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Culpepper and Katie Loudell Culpepper; her former husbands, Lucius Kilgore and Wilbur Rogers; her husband Max Wilson; her sons, Randall Rogers and Douglas Rogers; and her brothers, Curtis Rudolph Culpepper and Lewis Lamar Culpepper.
She is survived by: her daughter Donna Rogers Collum (Rick) of Moultrie; her grandchildren, Danielle Collum, Jared Collum (Alaina), Cameren Rogers and Cole Rogers; her siblings, Annette Gentry (Ralph), Martha Gray, Carolyn Kilgore, Katie Samples (Curtis), Susan Jacobs (David) and Daryl Travis Culpepper; and her daughter-in-law Anjee Rogers Oakley. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Baker Funeral Home & Crematory (2222 GA-37, Moultrie, GA 31788). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
