C.; his grandchildren, Michael Lively, Allison, Ashley McLean, Cord, Jonathan Lively, Alexa, Kelli Shambayati, Kristen Daniel, Justin, Russell Carter and Lindsay; his great grandchildren, Caitlyn Lively, Lily Lively, Maddox McLean, Grayson McLean, Nora Daniel, Nealy Daniel, Whit Daniel, Naomi Daniel, Gage Carter, Anaka Carter, Lilly Davis, Caleb Deming and Rowan Lively; his stepchildren, Dennis Vick, Jacquie of Greer, SC, Judy Whitehead, Cliff of Hoschton, GA, Steve Vick and Marsha of Moultrie, GA; and his stepgrandchildren, Jonathan Vick, Sara, Taylor Vick, Rachel, Marianna Vick, Jamie Bennett, Michael, Victoria Blount, Terrance, Julianne Whitehead, Jessica Vick and Steven Vick. He is also survived by eight step-great-grandchildren.
