She was predeceased by: her parents, George W. Shannon, Sr. and Lucille Tidd Shannon; her daughter Leila "Lisa" Fleetwood Hill; and her siblings, George W. Shannon, Jr., Raliegh Shannon, Leila Earl Shannon Lindsey and Virginia K. Shannon Carter.
She is survived by: her husband Billy Frank Fleetwood; her son Billy Shannon Fleetwood (Becky) of Hartsfield, GA; her grandchildren, Olivia Wu (Major Nathan Wu), Karly Ann Smith (Corey), Melanie Westbrook and Tiffany Griffin; her parents-in-law, Lisa and Allan Hill; and her sister-in-law Nell Shannon. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
