He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Carr and Mary Lizzie Pitter; his wife Sallie Carr; his brothers, David Jordan and John Henry Jordan; his siblings-in-law, Emmitt Davis, Hurbert Davis, Earnest Davis, Clarence Davis, Catherine James, Mattie Madison, Alice Davis, Cora Davis, Allen McTear, Carrie James, Mazlene Eleby and Ora Ladie; his uncle James Mulkey; his nephew James Turner; his daughter-in-law Laverne Carr; and also, Lizzie Mae Collins and Lucius Severson.
He is survived by: his sons, Milton Carr Jr. and Wille Carr Sr.; his wife Jackie of Moultrie Georgia; his daughters, Mary Ann Jones (Randy), Gwendolyn Gudes (Rev), Jackie Irving and Jennell Carr; his sisters-in-law, Ruby Pearl Jordan, Moultrie Georgia and Rosa Davis; and also, John Carr (Wylene) of Moultrie Georgia and Larry Carr (Cynthia) of Warner Robins. He is also survived by grandchildren; forty-six great grandchildren, three great great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
