She was predeceased by: her parents, Coy Dekle and Estelle Rosencrantz Dekle; her husband Jack Neal Lanier; her sisters, Dorothy DeMott Turner and Margie Dekle Mims; and her daughter-in-law Diane Foster Lanier.
She is survived by: her children, Mitzi Lanier Edwards (Donnie) of Moultrie, Jackie Lanier Sloan (Ricky) of Moultrie, Jana Lanier Petrey (Jim) of Moultrie and Paul Flanery (Michelle); and her grandchildren, Jade Edwards, Alex Martin, Sam, Lanier McLeod, Rod, Shae Suber, Michael, Richie Sloan, Garrett Brewer, Devon, Bailey Connell, Zac, Chelsey Slusher, Logan Linkenhoger, Mikael, Paige Culpepper, Jordan, Landon Lanier, Lacey Lanier Herndon, Heath, Cade Flannery and Braegan Flannery. She is also survived by twenty-two great grandchildren; and many extended family members and friends.
