She was predeceased by: her parent Henry C. Gray; and her sons, James Kevin Pike and Michael Eric Spindola. She is survived by: her parent Betty Sue Carlton Gray; her husband Lanny H. DeMott of Moultrie; her children, Kurt DeMott and Berri Tatum; her grandchildren, Cheyenne DeMott, Madison DeMott, Kolby DeMott, JoDee Clark, Kaley Crosby, Jeremy, Stacey Bryan Williams, Tres and Sunni Alexis Pike; her great grandchild Sally Clark; and her siblings, Kathryn Gray Wright and Terry P. Gray.
