It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Christine Lamb Lewis of Moultrie, Georgia, born in Tifton, Georgia, who passed away on March 21, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Henry Albert Lewis; her children, Danny Lee Lewis (Virginia Lewis) and Barbara Gail Lewis Wynn; her grandson Casey Lewis; her siblings, J. L. "Joe" Lamb, Noah Lamb, Millard Lamb, Roy Lamb, Floyd Lamb, Joe Henry Lamb, Bill Lamb, Jr. and Gertrude Renew; and her sister-in-law Katie Lamb.
She is survived by: her daughters, Vickie Carol Lewis Jenkins (Tommy) of Moultrie and Lorie Katherine Lewis Stephenson (Steve E. Sanders); her son-in-law James Wynn of Pensacola, FL; and her siblings, Butch Lamb (Peggy) of Tifton, Larry Joe Lamb of Florida, Geneva Lamb Stringfellow (Bobby) of Florida, Jenny Bassett (Joe) of Tifton and Mitzi Lamb Damron of Oklahoma. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
