She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Vernon Vaughn and Lillie Mae Williams Vaughn; her husband Joseph Donny Barber; her son Thomas Joseph Stanfield; and her brother Reece Henry Vaughn.
She is survived by: her daughter Jean Eckhart of Pensacola, Florida; her siblings, Shirley Louise Buckler of Sylvester, JoElla Bullard of Rockledge, Claudia Ruth Tillman (Donnie) of Moultrie and Freddie Lee Vaughn (Margie) of Cairo; and her close friends, Karen and Thomas Jones of Pensacola, Florida.. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
