She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Rosencrantz and Sarah Blanche Williams Rosencrantz; her husband Rev. Wiley H. Smith, Jr.; her daughter Julie Rupert; her grandson Brian Melvin; and her siblings, Carolyn Doughtry and Wayne "Bo" Rosencrantz.
She is survived by: her children, Milynda Ryan (Wayne), Toni Large, Alicia Farmer, Joseph Melvin, Mary Gagne (Steve) and Coni Brooks; her grandchildren, Kaye, Jennifer, Zackary, Hudson, Widney, Meredith, Christopher, Amanda, Kelli, Renee, Annalise, Riley, Aria and David; her great grandchildren, Addilyn, Gianna and Adalynn; her nephew Wes; and her niece Cece.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Cobb-Suncrest Memorial Gardens (2441 GA-37, Moultrie, GA 31768). A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at the same location.
