He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ralph Duke and Barbara Elaine Howell Bundy; and his stepfather Brantley Merrill Bundy. He is survived by: his wife Velda Rose Norman Duke of Moultrie; his children, Taylor Duke (Shelby Griffin) of Moultrie and Hailey Duke Ellis (Chet) of Douglas; his grandsons, Bo Ellis and Buck Ellis; and his sister Connie Duke Patterson (Mike) of Moultrie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
