He was predeceased by: his parents, James Duncan Wood and Lillian Audelia Porter Wood; and his siblings, Evelyn Evers, Dorothy Smith, Virginia Buckley and Raymond Wood.
He is survived by: his children, Robin Wood Gay of Panama City, FL and Kenneth Dwayne Wood of Orlando, FL; his grandchildren, John Gabriel Wood, Lillian Elizabeth Gay and Dillon James Wood; the mother of his children Ina Joyce Wood of Panama City, FL; his sister Rebecca Pressley of Moultrie; and his nieces and nephews, Joan Smith Walker, Vickie Smith Carr (Rusty), Kathy Buckley Belton, Becky Evers Cyr, Tommy Smith (Celia) and Michael Buckley (Susie).
