She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lumpkin Williams and Lessie Dunn Williams; and her daughter Karen Marie Perkins Moore. She is survived by: her husband O. L. "Pete" Perkins; her sons, Danny Ray Perkins, Ricky Lee Perkins (Karen) and Chris Proctor; her grandsons, Nathaniel Perkins and Clinton Proctor (Morgan); and her great grandchild Kylah Proctor. She is also survived by extended family members and friends.
