He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Joseph, Ellen Crosby Cooper, John, Carol Herbst Waldschlager Garren and Ronald Lee Waldschlager; and his great-grandparents, Clifford Cooper, Reva Lloyd Cooper, John Waldschlager, Violet Engle Waldschlager, Henry Crosby, Estelle Lamb Crosby, Clarence Herbst and Hazel Kirtley Herbst.
He is survived by: his parents, Joseph Rodney Cooper and Teresa Ann Waldschlager Cooper; his fiancé Stormy Rain Wise; his children, Kylee, Isabella Caison and Baby Cooper; his sister Tianna Marie Cooper (Christopher Lane Layton) of Moultrie; and his godparents, Tommy and Dana Crosby of Moultrie.
