It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Johnny W. Harper of Moultrie, Georgia, who passed away on December 23, 2022, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Johnny Harper Jr. and Betty Jean Melton Harper; and his brother Bobby Harper. He is also survived by several Nieces and Nephews.
