He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ann Earley Castleberry of Moultrie; his children, John Castleberry, Jr. of Moultrie and Tonya Castleberry Tillman (Chris) of Moultrie; his sisters, Sherry Yarbrough (James) of Valdosta and Shalyn Wilson (Kenny) of Hahira; and his grandchildren, Cheyenne Tillman, Savannah Tillman, Cody Tillman, Johnathan Castleberry and Brooklyn Castleberry.
