He is survived by: his son Jerry Dewayne Richter, Jr. of Moultrie; his grandchildren, Kamden Dean Richter, Kolten Devon Richter, Marti Sophia Smith and Brantley Drew Richter; his brothers, Jimmie Dean Richter, Jr. (Sheila) of Marietta and Donald Kyle Richter (Susan) of Moultrie; and his aunt Sandra Key Carter of Ocala, Florida. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
