He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay N. Cranford, Sr. and Isabel Davis Cranford. He is survived by: his wife Marie Colgan Cranford of Anchorage, Kentucky; his sisters, Judy Cranford Dixon (Herbert) of Moultrie and Carolyn Cranford Chastain of Moultrie; his children, Jay N. Cranford, III (Lynne) of Arlington and Virginia; his grandchildren, Jay, Isabel and Lexi; his daughter Marie "Meg" Cranford Haisten (Azhar Khan) of Tallahassee; his grandchildren, Brooks, Claire and Zara; his son Alexander Davis Cranford (Lindsey) of Newnan; and his grandchildren, Reagan, Davis and Laney. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
